Nile Koetting and I have completed our eighth consecutive show for Japanese brand CFCL at Paris Fashion Week, under the umbrella of atmospheric solutions. Nile’s focus is on the space—scenography, architectural interventions—while mine is on time: dramaturgy and movement direction.
Each CFCL show is built around a collaboration with an artist — Ben Vida, Miyu Hosoi, TLF Trio, Sirom, Yoshio Ojima, Nozomu Matsumoto, Toshihiko Mitsuya and others — and a significant part of the work is the relation between these sound works, performances, and artworks—and the way the collection moves.
The collaboration appears in the CFCL behind-the-scenes short by Timothée Lambrecq, shown at GYRE Gallery, Omotesando, Tokyo.
